Rooted in Parramore

Built on COCOA.

COCOA isn't a slogan — it's how we decide what to build, who to partner with, and what stays in the neighborhood. Five pillars, each one grounded in real life in Parramore.

C

Culture

Parramore's story goes back generations — music, food, faith, and family that shaped Orlando long before the skyline did. TMC creates experiences that honor where we come from, and brings that same intention to every event we touch, anywhere in the city.

O

Opportunity

Opportunity shouldn't require leaving home to find it. TMC builds ventures that create real income and real skills — branded activations, media, and experiences — and shares the playbook openly, because opportunity multiplies when it's passed along instead of gatekept.

C

Community

Nothing TMC does happens alone. From community health fairs to the vendors we hire, we work in coalition — because strong communities are built by people who know each other, trust each other, and show up for each other.

O

Ownership

Renting your life is expensive. Ownership — of a home, a business, a piece of your own story — is how families change their trajectory. We talk about it plainly, we pursue it publicly, and we help neighbors see the path from where they are to what they can own. Our founder's own homeownership journey, told below, is this pillar lived out loud.

A

Access

The programs, the funding, the information — most of it already exists. The gap is access: knowing what's out there, who to call, and how to qualify. TMC closes that gap by connecting people to real resources in plain language — no jargon, no runaround.

Ownership, Lived Out Loud

The story behind the framework.

The More Collective was founded by a Parramore resident and homeowner who won her home through the Parramore Homeownership Lottery — and realized quickly that winning was only the beginning of the education.

Navigating the process meant learning things nobody teaches you: how assistance programs really work, what the fine print means, and how one opportunity can become the foundation for the next.

COCOA came out of that experience. It's the framework for making sure what was learned the hard way gets shared the easy way — so the next neighbor's path is shorter than the last one's.
